Payment and Scheduling

1. Visit the Service Offerings page and pick the type of reading or service you would like, submit the form and pay with PayPal or check. Eileen will contact you with details.
   • You may also call 443-838-9147 and leave a message (please leave your name—spell it if it might be difficult for Eileen to understand and your phone number) or email contact@thesoulshepherd.com. Eileen will call you back or email you within 72 hours to discuss scheduling and payment.
2. Appointments will not be confirmed until your payment or deposit is received. Time will not be held without a cleared PayPal or check payment.
   • If you do not wish to use PayPal, you must contact Eileen at contact@thesoulshepherd.com to discuss mailing a check (must clear 7-10 days before the reading).
3. Absolutely no refunds on deposits or payments. Readings may be rescheduled per the terms below, depending on type. By prepaying or making your deposit, you acknowledge reading these policies and agree to be bound by them. (Policies are subject to change or revision without notice.)
4. No guarantees or assurances of any kind are given and Eileen Strange will not be held accountable for any interpretations or decisions made by recipients based on information provided during readings. While Eileen Strange will be channeling, this for legal purposes should be considered for entertainment purposes only. (Sorry, I “have” to put this!)

For Distant Readings:

It is very important that you be alone, quiet and undisturbed. Turn off all noise-making devices (televisions, CD players, etc.). If you plan to use a cell phone for your reading, please make sure that you are in a place where you receive excellent (clear and unbroken) reception. The use of speaker phones or recording devices is NOT ALLOWED during the time of readings.

At the appointed time for your reading, you will receive a telephone call from Eileen and she will conduct your reading.

If you are unavailable or do not answer your phone, your reading must be rescheduled. YOU will need to contact Eileen Strange at contact@thesoulshepherd.com to reschedule the appointment. The new reading needs to be scheduled within two months of the original reading date or you will forfeit your payment/deposit.

You will be provided ONE rescheduled appointment due to a missed call. IF YOU DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE FOR YOUR RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR READING IS FORFEITED.

For In-Person Readings:

If you need to reschedule a reading, please do so as soon as you know you need to reschedule. IT MUST BE CANCELLED 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME AND RESCHEDULED WITHIN A TWO-MONTH TIME FRAME OR THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR READING IS FORFEITED. If a rescheduled appointment is a “no show or cancelled”, no refund will be issued.

For Group Readings

If you are looking to put together a Group Reading (they are lots of fun), they will be scheduled for either a Saturday or a Sunday and Eileen would need at least one month’s notice. Eileen can start as early as 11:00 a.m. or as late as 2:00 p.m. These will last usually around 3-1/2 to 4 hours (Eileen is generous with her time!).

If you need to reschedule a Group Reading, please do so as soon as you know you need to reschedule. YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR GROUP READING AT LEAST TWO WEEKS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED DATE AND RE-SCHEDULE WITHIN A TWO-MONTH TIME FRAME OR THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR READING IS FORFEITED.
